What ever happened...

...to the garden?

We've been eating it! That's what!

Tomatoes, romain lettuce and cucumbers for salad...

Zucchini galore for BBQing, zucchini bread, stuffed zucchini...

Tomatoes, tomatoes and more tomatoes...

Peppers and eggs (now if only I had some chickens)...

And the good stuff just keeps on coming! :)

WIIF? #130

Last week, Carletta was able to see right through my hints.

Here is What Is It Friday? #130

Tatman fires of a few guesses and hits his mark.

Hmmmm... I might have to do a desktop image using this medium....
"You might rabbit; You might!"

The fine print: On Fridays I will post an image in hopes that visitors will leave a guess in the comment section. The following Friday (or when someone guesses correctly) I will post a wide shot of the item. Each Friday a NEW image, along with a link to the previous weeks post, will be posted.

Ricketts Glen... post 5 of 5...

Blah... blah... blah... Ricketts Glen is a state park in PA that was well worth the trip and the hike. I'll definitely be going back. In the meantime (and over the next few days) I'll let my photos speak for me.

Waiting for the wubba...

Last one in is a stinky collie!

The rain and thunder rolled in to end the day of fun...

Devon has mastered the spin cycle.

And Ella knows how to twist and shout...

Come on baby... let's do the twist...

She gets that "stare" from mama.

Ricketts Glen... post 3 of 5...

As I said yesterday and the day before that... Ricketts Glen is a state park in PA that was well worth the trip and the hike. I'll definitely be going back. In the meantime (and over the next few days) I'll let my photos speak for me.

What can I say?

Hanging at the waters edge...

Did I mention the lake? We spotted a loch-less-collie...

Waggy wasn't the only pooch to have an adventure.

Ella is faster than a splishity-splash!

It ain't over yet... see you tomorrow.

If I had known about the party under the falls, I would've brought my suit.

Ricketts Glen... post 1 of 5...

Ricketts Glen is a state park in PA that was well worth the trip and the hike. I'll definitely be going back. In the meantime (and over the next few days) I'll let my photos speak for me.

We decided to take the easier path because we started late in the day.

The Wagg came along for the hike.

I wouldn't recommend bringing a dog that spooks easily or pulls...

One of the easier descents.

Leaving a mark on the world.

Come back tomorrow. And in the meantime...

Measured in fear...

I was trimming back my out-of-control holly tree and came face to... um... pincers with this stick-like creature. Upon closer inspection I realized that it looked like a HUGE inchworm. Now, the a inchworms I've seen in the past were cute and would crawl along an inch at a time. This monster was as thick as a No. 2 pencil and about 6 inches long! Do you dare click this image for a desktop sized version???

It was hanging upside own and VERY still with a piece of silk connecting its body to a lower branch. I thought it might be getting ready to spin a cocoon, but it was gone when I checked for it the next day. For that moment where I stared from an inch away... a hint of fear... and a bit of disgust ;)
