Cereal box logo?
It reminds me of the Kellogg's logo...
Coworker John says that it's a "Twister" mat. I'll vary the cereal box idea and say it's Terry Labonte's old Kellog's cereal car. I'll have to keep thinking....

I was quite surprised that nobody guessed a Mr. Bill doll. It was the first thing I thought of.
