Tatman and his co-worker buckled up this weeks "WIIF?" I think you should buy each other a drink at lunchtime! ;)

Thanks to some help from my coworker, John, we have concluded that this is a belt buckle.
Even though I think that Tatman and co-worker already guessed it I'm gonna also guess a chain necklace, or part of jewelry.
