Tobiko...

Probably my favorite of all sushi. For those of you that are wondering... Tobiko is flying fish roe. Unlike caviar or salmon roe, it is not salty at all and they "pop" when you chew 'em.

Also my favorite. The texture and the taste are incredible. Couldn't you just plow through a soup bowl full of these wondroous orbs?

I LOVE sushi! I could eat it everyday. I thik it is the official food of SoCal :) I am loving this and the wine shot.
