The psych hospital may have bitten the dust but it seems Albertville, AL is a thriving little metropolis:

RSP: I didn't go inside. I would love to contact the town or state and see if I could get a tour.
Fen: I thought that was strange that the hydrants were from there but on land on Long Island.
That would be fantastic! keep me informed if you do manage to wangle a tour!
