Mantis baby... Camera Critters...

These summer nights bring all sorts of wildlife to my front door... there has been a cacophony of different insects visiting.


When I first approached, I thought it was a freaky looking male mosquito.


Upon closer inspection I saw the pincers and noticed a molted shell nearby.


Here is a desktop sized head to look at what you are doing on your computer.

That's one of those "ugly/cute" things. Definitely ugly, but so tiny that it's cute.

I LOVE the wing shot, personally. The detail is awesome.
