Painted...
A few months ago I featured a horse statue covered in pennies. It was one of many different ones that an artist was commissioned to create a few years ago. They were purchased by different buyers and can be found around the Island.

I hadn't seen these on LI before. I came across a scattered herd of these horses in Saratoga. My favorite was covered in beautifully painted money....a tribute to the horse gambler.
Pretty horsey art.
I've seen cow art like this too.
